This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The vending machine must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or denied.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or special-order vending machines
- Machines that have been installed, used, or modified
- Clearance or “final sale” items
- Replacement parts or accessories
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a return.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email returns@al-kenvendingco.us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the return shipping address.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
Please note: Unauthorized returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your vending machine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
- Once your order has shipped, it will follow the standard return process outlined above.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your vending machine for the same model, contact us at returns@al-kenvendingco.us.
